SHIPPING

We strive for fast delivery and therefore your goods will be shipped within 2-3 days after we have received your order and you have received an order confirmation. This means that you normally receive your order within 4-5 working days. 

Most of the shipments are sent with GLS and you have the opportunity to follow your shipment via track & trace. In some occasions we also ship with PostNord, but you still get your track & trace. 

So far, we ship to either parcel box or business. There is often a parcel box right near you, and there you can pick up the parcel whenever you want.

Shipping to parcel box is 39 DKK in Denmark. Shipping to business address or home delivery in Denmark is 59 DKK. 

Always make sure to check your email address and delivery address before approving the order.


WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

We love to ship worldwide. Get in contact with us if you have some questions or if your country is not on the shipping list info@mumutane.com 

Postal fees within E.U. is 95 DKK (transit time 2-4 days).

Post fees to Switzerland is 180 DKK (transit time 3-5 days).

Postal fees outside E.U. varies, but is normally around 220 DKK (transit time 3-10 days). Go to check out to see the specific shipping cost of your part of the world. It is also possible to buy Mumutane products at the platform for independent and ethical designers Wolf & Badger. They offer free delivery worldwide, and they are also B Corp-certified.   

CANCELLATION
We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if you regret, it is of course possible to return your item. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt by writing to info@mumutane.com. Then you send the item to the below address.

You must return your order to us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you have regretted your purchase.
You bear the direct costs of returning the item. To get the full return amount back, you are responsible for the item being in original condition and packaging, that it has not been used or washed, that it has been packed properly and thus is not damaged when we receive it.

When returning an item, you bear the risk of the item until we receive it. If the item disappears or is damaged during the return shipment to mumutane, you are liable for the item. It is therefore recommended to save a receipt from the freight forwarder and possibly track & trace number.
 

REFUND
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund payments received from you other than delivery costs within 14 working days from the date we received your returned item. For refunds, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have agreed otherwise.

EXCHANGE AND SOLD OUT GOODS

If you have regretted your purchase, we will of course also be happy to exchange for another item. However, as we have a limited inventory, we can not guarantee that some products will be in stock. Also keep in mind that all products are unique, and therefore there may be variation in prints and products.

COMPLAINT
Your purchase from mumutane is covered by the Purchase Act, whereby you have a 24 month right to make a complaint. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

The complaint must be justified, and the defect must not have arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior. Once you have discovered the defect in the item, you must complain as soon as possible and within a 'reasonable time'. Complaints within 2 months after the error is discovered are approved.

When you return the item, please state in writing what the problem is, as detailed as possible.

The item must always be sent back in proper packaging and remember to get a receipt for the shipment, as you are responsible for the complaint package until we have received it. In a complaint case, we refund your reasonable shipping costs, therefore the receipt must also be saved for this.

Please note that we do not accept packages sent by post cash on delivery, package without delivery or similar. 

PAYMENT
You can pay with Dankort, Visa Dankort, MobilePay, Mastercard, Visa Electron, American Express, JCB, Apple pay, Google pay, Pay pal. 

An amount corresponding to the value of your order will be reserved in connection with your order. Your payment will only be deducted when the item is shipped.

Should there be any errors in the webshop in connection with information, pricing, spelling errors or typographical errors, mumutane cannot be held responsible for this. As soon as any errors are detected, it will be corrected as soon as possible.
